PWIA brings together member companies who manufacture or
distribute personal watercraft so that several key industry
objectives can be achieved. Those objectives are to promote
safe and responsible operation of personal watercraft among
consumers; to encourage recommended design and engineering
practices for safety and ease of operation; and to work with
federal, state and local agencies that have regulatory responsibilities
for recreational boating. For more information, contact PWIA
